These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of FireAudit services provided by Mahiran Digital Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using FireAudit, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services

FireAudit is a digital inspection and fire safety management platform designed to assist organizations in managing fire protection records, inspections, maintenance activities, QR/NFC tracking, and related operational processes.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the system only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure uploaded content does not violate any law or third-party rights
  • Maintain internal control over authorized personnel access

Users are fully responsible for activities conducted under their accounts.

3. Account Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in unauthorized activities
  • Attempt to compromise system security
  • Misuse platform resources

4. Subscription & Payment

Certain features may require paid subscriptions.

Subscription fees:

  • Are payable according to agreed plans
  • May be revised with prior notice
  • Are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Failure to make payment may result in service suspension or restricted access.

5. Data Ownership

All operational data entered into the system by customers remains the property of the customer.

Users grant us limited permission to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Services.

6. System Availability

We aim to provide stable and uninterrupted Services. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or networks

Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occasionally occur.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, source code, documentation, and platform materials remain the intellectual property of Mahiran Digital Sdn Bhd unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reverse engineer
  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Resell

any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahiran Digital Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss caused by user actions, device failures, or third-party services
  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Users are encouraged to maintain their own operational backup procedures where necessary.

9. Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their own passwords and device access.

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats or unauthorized access.

10. Termination

Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms or unpaid subscriptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
